“I had a fantastic meal at The Wharf Restaurant! The food was amazing, especially the oysters Rockefeller and the hot lobster roll. The attentive service from Joelene and Gualberto was great, making our lunch nice. I also enjoyed a good Sunday brunch with a diverse buffet that featured a raw bar, a wide selection of salads, and a delicious Bloody Mary bar. My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the location was beautiful and the room offered a stunning view, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding the valet staff. The dining experience also didn't meet expectations during our anniversary dinner, as we faced a limited menu without prior notice. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvements in customer service and communication.
